Delivery, Returns & Refunds

Delivery
Providing we have stock on hand or available through our suppliers, our shipping timeframe is usually within 48 hours of receipt of your payment, though in the event shipping is delayed for some reason or stock is not available or in the required size, you will be contacted and informed of the delay or lack of stock and provided with the option of waiting the advised timeframe for back-order, or alternately opt to receive a full refund.

We will always endeavour to provide the most cost-effective, secure, reliable and swift method of shipping your products and should shipping prices be outside of what we deem to be reasonably priced (i.e. for example, if your product ordered is valued at less than the shipping cost, or shipping costs rise due to unforseen events such as the global COVID-19 pandemic), we will contact you to let you know of this and provide the option to cancel the order and receive a refund.

Delivery costs will always be provided at the checkout prior to shipping, so please ensure as a client purchasing our products that you are willing to bear the advised cost of freight, which will be clearly displayed during the checkout and payment process. We will never deviate from the quoted freight cost provided to you as part of the check-out process, unless we can provide more cost-effective shipping, so in the very unlikely event that this occurs, please let us know via info@bannardfashion.com so we can assist with rectification. 

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We cannot accept returns on products of an intimate nature or that may have potential sanitary issues where restocking is possible, including:

  • Lingerie
  • Undergarments
  • Swimwear
  • Socks

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Please note we will also do not allow returns where clothing sizes are incorrectly estimated by the client. In this event we would recommend gifting the item to someone so that it does not go to waste.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: 

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds
We will under no circumstances provide a refund where purchases have obvious signs of use. All of our products are shipping to you without use and therefore it is expected that this be reciprocated. We work on an honor system.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within thirty (30) business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded and are final.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@bannardfashion.com.

Shipping
Please email us and we shall provide you with return shipping address details. Prior to shipping please note that we will require photographs of the items being shipped prior to their departure.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $100 USD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
